Nice. I find when I need to relax I go for walk in the most natural area I can reach. It's about the only time I feel at peace.

There's also some trippy videos where they play the different frequencies to vibrate some sand or whatever. the proper hz the sand creates that spiral thing from nature etc, cant remember the name, and the wrong hz like 440hz it just creates random bullshit which is not connected or beautiful etc etc. It's pretty trippy.

Cool! Have you heard of converting your music from 440hz to 432hz? They changed it's frequency to distort it's power. They also changed our original musical solfege of ut, re, mi, fa, sol, la with do re mi fa sol la ti. It could have even been different before but that's what I found on wiki lol. It's been years since I researched this but there is some good information on the subject if you're interested.
