Are you talking about people wild uncooked meat.
You don’t have to go totally vegan, just eat more vegetables and smaller portions of meat. You only need a small portion of meat mixed in with mostly veggies. That’s the healthiest diet. I like the taste of meat and loves veggies, but I eat too much meat, like a chicken breast is more then enough meat for 4 people. And it wouldn’t harm anyone to skippy a day or two without meat. Our meat is starting to cause illness because of high demand and everyone knows the faster you produce the meat the less quality of the meat. Fatten them up quicker means fattier meat, means your eating more saturated fat, and increase risk of heart disease. Higher demand means less healthy animal which means less healthy meat. Factory farming is less healthy then nature.
The ice age proved that Arians are better off on an all meat diet rather than a no meat diet. I don't believe the jew bs about fat/collesterol as they are nutritional requirements.. Sugar/mal nourishment are the biggest causes of illness.. I agree that natural/organic farming is far superior, but not really possible with mono cultural farming for mass produce.
